In Hungary, people are getting poorer, while the country's leaders are getting richer and richer and not honestly. The law I mentioned is about stealing money from the country's budget.

This system is common here. A farmer, for example, leaves his produce at the end of the drive with an honesty box. People take what they need and deposit the money in the box. We use this system all the time.
